Having graduated from ILS Law College, Pune in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), securing First Rank at the University of Pune and earning Gold Medals in the subjects of Contract Law, Conveyancing, and Civil Procedure, Mr. Parulekar commenced his professional journey with the abiding principle of the maxim “Fiat justitia ruat caelum” — let justice be done though the heavens fall.
Over the span of 45+ years, our chambers have rendered advice, representation, and adjudicatory assistance to a distinguished body of clients, including premier Co-operative Banks, Financial Institutions, and Societies such as Saraswat Co-operative Bank, Cosmos Co-operative Bank, Pune District Central Co-operative Bank, Mahesh Sahakari Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Ganesh Sahakari Bank, Vidya Sahakari Bank, and Pune Zilla Krishi Audyogik Sarvaseva Sahakari Society.
Mr. Parulekar has served as Enquiry Officer under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, where his quasi-judicial determinations have, in numerous instances, been upheld by the Hon’ble High Court, a testament to their legal soundness. He has also acted in the capacity of Administrator and Counsel for co-operative institutions, embodying the maxim “Ubi jus ibi remedium” — where there is a right, there is a remedy.

The firm is co–led by Advocate Sudeep Vivek Parulekar, a commerce graduate and LL.B. (First Class with Distinction) from Sinhgad Law College, Pune. Having trained under Advocate Vivek D. Parulekar and gained substantive experience as a Junior Advocate with Bendre Legal, Sudeep has developed comprehensive expertise in legal research, drafting, title verification, mortgage documentation, and litigation management. Adv. Kaustubh Prasad Moghe is a versatile litigation and transactional practitioner whose career reflects a rare convergence of technical training and legal acumen. Having pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science prior to entering the legal profession, he brings an analytically rigorous, evidence-driven approach to his practice one that has proven especially valuable in matters involving digital evidence, technology-related disputes, and intellectual property enforcement in an increasingly digitised commercial landscape.
He has been associated with Gray Matters Legal Consultants LLP (Litigation) since December 2022, where he continues to build on a foundation of hands-on litigation experience gained over several years. Prior to this engagement, he served as a Legal Associate with Bendre Legal, the law firm of Adv. Pramod M. Bendre, from November 2020 to November 2022 a tenure during which he was closely involved in civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. Earlier still, from June 2019 to October 2020, he began his professional journey as a Junior Advocate with City Legal, the law firm of Adv. Vijay S. Limaye, gaining foundational courtroom exposure and grounding in procedural law.
